Hi guys,

Does anyone have contact details for the artists who wrote either of these mods?

Looking to enquire about licencing... :)

It's likely that there is pretty much nothing to go on. Chances of bumping into the artists are pretty much 0.

What a shame - I guess these two were uploaded by a third party, not the original artists, then?

You could try finding them by their real names:
arachno (http://amp.dascene.net/detail.php?detail=modules&view=334)
ppessi is an alias of ilmarque (http://amp.dascene.net/detail.php?view=8797), who is still active in the scene (to my knowledge), so it shouldn't be too complicated to get hold of him.
