Title: magnification
Post by: pumpapa on July 31, 2011, 14:24:05
Hi,

I just spent several hours trying to magnify the screen. My eyesight isn't that great and the buttons are too tiny for me. I can resize, but then the screen gets bigger, but not the GUI.

Any suggestions?

Tried fullscreen mode with a low resolution?

Yeah. Thanks.

For some reason my current windows 7 just clips when I lower the resolution. Stupid, but that's windows. My Ubuntu runs on a virtual machine which inherits the same problem. Haven't tried MacOS, come to think of it, which should scale better. So thanks for the advise  :D !

Best,

Haha.

MacOS 10.6.8 does the trick. It magnifies window to the full screen.

On to the tutorial!

In Config > Layout > Resolutions there is a scaling option below the list of resolution options.
