Title: Wxx effect for sync

salkin, barzoule and i are working on the invite for the next TMDC  :police:

but we discovered MILKY doesn't do Wxx command for sync, which is what BASSMOD.DLL expects. any ideas on how to enable Wxx command for sync in milky tracker?!

we worked around this with madtracker but would prefer to stay milky  :angel:

Note that you can also use E8x instead of Wxx for syncing with BASS.

I don't know why pailes disabled unused effect command input but E8x is a good idea.

E8x is good but we needed more than 16 messages.

It would really be ideal if unrecognized FX were available but ignored, cause there's Zxx too that is useful for FMOD sync.
