Title: add one accelerator Hotkey for faster entry

Hello,


I want to please you since years, but did not knew how to reach you.
Now ..

If you please could make the - and + Buttons accessable by NUM-Plus and NUM-Minus  Hotkeys on this form,please. (I don't know how to name it correctly - but so that I can increase by pressin + and drecrease size by pressing -)
(Holding down the mouse button for that makes pain in the finger   - and nowadays, I guess .. also laptop and mousepad-users would be happy, too for taht)
This can increase the workflow enormously.
I hope this does not afford too much time to enable and share a new version release of MilkyTracker.
Would be very nice if you could implement this.

Not a bad idea by no means but I find it fastest to just click the number field and type the number on the keyboard.
