Title: Can't delete notes on the grid anymore

hey

I've recently formatted and switched to mountain Lion and cmd + X (which I used to clean up the notes from the grid) now doesn't work anymore
any idea why?
which keyboard shortcut you use to delete notes or events?
of course I've tried delete, backspace, cmd backspace etc etc... with no luck ...
I can't remove, delete anything for now lol
any help is super appreciated  ;D

EDIT: even copy - paste (cmd-c cmd-v etc..) aren't working
must be some kind of setting

ok..found out why

when I installed MT it was set on FasTracker mode by default

in my last desperate attempt on reading the manual I read that FT mode doesn't support ctrl+c ctrl+v etc...

hope it might be useful for someone else entering the MT world
