All the samples are the same (some patterns too) and inside the file it says "Composer: Malcom"

Uhm, that's maybe the same samples, but definitely two different songs. I wouldn't even call it a remix, even if the samples and key are the same. But we're not here to hunt down sample rippers, but rather people who stole other people's complete modules and put their own name on it.
