Title: Hotkey Suggestions

Hello,

I'm learning to use MilkyTracker, but I have one issue so far.

Concerning hotkeys, I was looking for ways to change the "add" field, where it sets how many lines it will skip after editing a field in the pattern, and I found that while FT2 edit mode has this option, MT edit mode does not. I prefer MT mode, but I find the inability of changing the add field without a hotkey to be incredibly cumbersome when I can do so much more using only the keyboard. For MT edit mode, it would be nice to have this hotkey somewhere, maybe as ctrl-up and ctrl-down while in rec mode.
