Title: Website searches via MD5 hash?
Post by: giggler on May 16, 2017, 14:35:59
Hi,

I am new to registering here but have dl lots of mods over the years.

I have recovered a load of modules from a almost dead hdd via sector scraping using linux dd.  I don't know the names, it would be helpful if the "Search" box included the MD5 hashes stored in the web backend for this site.  I could then find the *real* name of my module and rename.  I don't think it's much of a change??

Regards

g

Note that for the time being, you can e.g. use the following Google search: "<md5 hash to search>" site:modarchive.org
