Title: Anybody knows the creator of this song?

I have no idea where did I get this track but it's very good. I'm trying to find the source of this track or original artist of it (it only shows me "(c)1991 npd v2.0" when I play it). Anybody knows the track?

I would say, the module probably comes from the Mods Anthology CD mod collection.
