This Swagato Gangopadhyay guy seems to be running a half-legitimate business. Except all of his work is clearly stolen. He has been releasing ripped songs since 2011 or so (there are earlier albums on youtube as well). https://www.facebook.com/Questz.World/
The difference to the other recent finds is that he's just outright using his own real name.

It's self-published via that label of theirs, so in order to get this stuff down you would have to mail them and threaten with legal action I guess.
