I can't contact to the artist of "xm-orng.xm" (Orange) '2000. What should i do ?

Have you checked the instrument names?

If so, are they empty, or not?

The instrument texts (https://modarchive.org/index.php?request=view_by_moduleid&query=62626) say it's by Astral and there is email address in there that's most likely out of date. Still, it contains a real name so that could be the start of a search for his current web presence (e.g. Facebook or similar).

Just a heads-up: If you are unable to contact the author for permission of using their works, we cannot help you out. ModArchive cannot grant such permissions on behalf of the original artist.
