Title: Can someone listening to this identify the backing track

I remember hearing this track a lot in the 90's, most likely on our Amiga 500.
My father may have even recorded this track on a cassette, and listened to it that way.
Anyhow I just discovered this "mashup", let's call it that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ydOG05dnomk (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ydOG05dnomk), of course shazam doesn't know a thing, and the creator seems to have forgotten where the backing track came from.
Can someone identify the name of the song and the artist?
