Found this in my old collection under "Amiga", a Futurecomposer track.

It seems to be a broken/incomplete version of the game over music from Astaroth by Mad Max: https://youtu.be/K2iSxlAMejc?t=775
The intro is missing, and the main lead uses a different instrument.
It could be a "remix" (using the term very loosely here) or a bad conversion.
