How do I play/insert a note lower than C-4 or higher than G-6?

In the manual, look out for the following shortcuts:
- "Select octave"
- Shortcuts starting with "Transpose" (e.g. "Transpose current instrument in block down")
As there are two different keyboard schemes, you will have to check which of the two you are using and look up the shortcuts accordingly.
