OK guys, I've hunted high and low for this, what I'm looking for is Tony Blairs speech in Paris, 27th May 1997 (http://www.number10.gov.uk/output/Page1022.asp)... it's the one that has the immortal line
"Mine is the first generation able to contemplate the possibility that we may live our entire lives without going to war or sending our children to war"
