hi, i'm looking for nightbeat's tune "a time of heroes" - there are many tunes by him on the archive, but i can't find this particular tune :( does anyone have if?

i don't know, there's no download link at nectarine. i guess it's S3M, if not, it's XM.

I'm sure I've got that somewhere.

Typically, my computer is dismantled at the moment, and my backups are boxed away neatly where I can't get to them. But when I'm back up and running on my own machine I'll be in touch, if you haven't found it by then.

Saga, given that the uploading agreements are still the same as on the old TMA, you are not allowed to upload that tune without the author's green card. I think I told you so before. :|

And if nightbeat uploads his tunes to any other archives (he already got several modules here), it should be okay that this particular tune is also available here

If the module is in the public domain (a scene production, for instance) then part 4 of the upload agreement applies.

 :idea:  Before making bold statements about policy here, it would be a good idea to check the available (http://modarchive.org/index.php?TMAUploadConditions) facts first.
