here are a few places you might be able to drum up some interest:

http://www.gameproducer.net/ (http://www.gameproducer.net/) - popular game dev blog, be nice to Juuso though!
http://www.gamedev.net/ (http://www.gamedev.net/) - one of the biggest game development sites around
http://www.blitzbasic.com/  (http://www.blitzbasic.com/) - Blitz3D can natively play Xm,It, S3m, etc...

We're not all musicians, and there are sometimes developers searching and posting on the forums looking for artists. I have opened a new forum (again) specifically for this interest, you may find it here: Developer <> Artist Nexus (http://modarchive.org/forums/index.php?board=67.0)
