More compo news - The Novus Compo

Novus has announced the next round of the competition:

September's overall results for The Novus Compo are in, and D Fast & Free Soul ran away with it as their song "Nature Story" cruised to victory. Can D Fast do it again? We're about to find out. :) The newly expanded Novus Compo is back for October with a new batch of 25 fresh songs, split up into 5 genre-based mini-compos of 5 songs each. They're waiting for your votes, and November's round is waiting for your entries, so what are you waiting for? Get on over to The Novus Compo and cast your vote today!

The Mod Archive Facebook Group Bi-weekly Conceptual Mini Chips

Dreamed up by one of the Facebook members of the Mod Archive Facebook Group (http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=5862981114), is an idea, explained by Zepsi as follows:

Ok, here's the idea:

1: You people post suggestions for a song title on the wall.
2: By every other Monday I choose the song title I like the best (simpler than having voting and stuff like that), and put it in this topic.
3: Within two weeks you will make a song for that title, more specifically a tracked song that doesn't exceed 64kb in size (and these are the only rules really).
4: you upload it to The Mod Archive and send me the link.
5: When two weeks have passed I post all the links for the round in a post of this topic, so that we all can hear how the others interpreted the title in question.
6: back to #1.


Anyone who is a registered Facebook user is welcome to join in.

Modules.pl Compo now in Voting Phase
