Title: Free mods include in a free software ?

I was wondering if it is alright to include some mods as a music in a free software ? (It will be free but I will probably do some money indirectly from ads, it is not commercial and I wil probably open-source it) The credit will be included, etc, however lots of mods are just there without any credit.

So can I ? If I cannot take mods from here is there a place where there are free mods that are copyrighted-free (Creative Common or whatever)


Please forgive my english :P and thank you, I really enjoyed listening to all of those old-skool music !
