Title: I can save but not load samples

I've saved a bunch of .its files from some of my old songs. The tracker doesn't seem to do anything when I hit Load.

I'm a big fan of IT from way back and ChibiTracker is so far my fave but if I can't load samples it kinda defeats the purpose!

I've heard about this bug from a few people now.. seems to happen under Windows only, so I didn't realize it was there. I'm working on a new version with that fixed.
