NitroTracker Support / Will this work?

Hi there. I'm looking to buy a card to run Nitrotracker and any other music related homebrew I can lay my hands on.
It says in the FAQ that Nitrotracker will run on the R4DS. Well I was looking on Amazon and found this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Nintendo-Super-Revolution-Version-Micro/dp/B0015LK99U/ref=pd_sbs_ce_3
It seems to be a newer version of the same card. Will Nitrotracker work on this card?

Also, I'm new to all this homebrew DS stuff, is there any way of running a wireless web browser on the DS?
