MilkyTracker Support / Windows version-->are asio/directsound drivers working?

Hi all!!!
Here using XPx64 and milkytracker 1.02 with ASIO drivers (asio4all) or directsound.

Since 1.03 version to 1.05 I cannot use ASIO or directsound.... any ideas to solve?
I see that audio engine have been changed a lot in last versions.... real time effects to samples are really nice improvements!!!!

CTRL-F9 (delete current pattern order)
CTRL-F10 (insert new order)
CTRL-F11 (decrease current order)
CTRL-F12 (increase current order)

I requested this feature to pailes in the early milky times.... now I see this feature implemented into renoise

* Sample Autoseeking, which will make large samples behave behave more
  like a traditional audio channel:
 
  You can start playing back the song at any position, and the sample
  will automatically seek to the current position in the song without
  having to be triggered via a Note On command. This works regardless
  of how far in the past the sample was triggered. Highly recommended
  for vocals, background ambiences and other recorded audio.
anyone brave enough to implement this into milky?

milky only support MIDI-IN

you can not use milky to play notes of your midi keyboard (MIDI OUT)

the "-" in the volume column --> volume scale down... very useful to make fades

An old problem/feature request....
milkytracker does not vync the pattern movement with the refresh rate.

some trackers support that feature but at moment its not implemented into milky.
I tried also with 60hZ refrehs rate in my monitor.. but milky pattern movement is also below that, so you will notice these "jumps" when pattern flows


As raina sais.. the only solution is set pattern scrolling (pattern to end)
