simplest was is to just delete the config file. fast and easy, and if you have dsorganize you can do it without a computer.

The reason why they don't do this, is every other program that runs an xm as far as I know doesn't. So, your songs would be incompatible with them. if it automatically put these default drums and such in, and you didn't use them, you would have a file larger than is necessary since they are unused.
A simple way to solve this yourself. Make a song, and put in it all of the default things that YOU want. Every time you want to create a new song with these, just open that default song then copy it to a new file. this way you can have your defaults, and the rest of us can do without unnecessary burdens on our song making.

this is pretty much the first one i made with nitrotracker, before I realized how to add samples otherwise...
