Tracking / Problems Loading Midi into Modtracker

I have been trying to load track 18 from this Game rip (http://www.mirsoft.info/gmb/music_info.php?id_ele=MjY3Nw==) into Mod tracker.  However, something is wrong with the midi - I can't get it to load.  What's more, Winamp is the only player that can play the music, WMP and quicktime give me error messages.

What type of MIDI is this?
