Sampling / Questions about crediting samples from politicians

The problem is I want to put a sentence from one of Obama's speeches into my module and I don't know how to credit it. How do I credit a sample that I've cut out of a YouTube video and put in my module? Is it even legal?

Hi,
"The Feeling Inside" and "The Blind Follow The Blind" are the first full-length tracks I have ever created. It's metal so not everyone will like it, but feedback is appreciated.
Note that these songs will only play properly in NitroTracker. Winamp ignores blank instruments and "--".

NitroTracker Bug Reports / Strange behaviour on XMs with variable BPM

I imported some XMs made with other trackers, most work fine, but those with variable tempo and BPM start to play too fast when speed changes. For example, a song plays at 66BPM then it doubles to 133BPM and at that moment NitroTracker plays it about ten times faster. Could it please be fixed in the next beta?
