The Lobby / Adding myself to the ranks

Well, I have spent a long time listening to chiptunes, now I'd like to make them.
I am pretty competent when it comes to making music, but totally incompetent at handling MilkyTracker, hence, why I'm here.

If I'm really lucky, I'd like to find a mentor here who can hold my hand and critique my stuff as I make it. If not, I'll be holed up in the tutorials I can find here.
