MilkyTracker Support / screen problem

hi guys

i hope someone can help me.
i downloaded milkytracker, ran it and did something bad with the resolution stuff. i put an x to fullscreen. i restarted mt and my screen resolution went really bad, but the program didnt even start. i have ubuntu 10.10. im new to it. someone pls tell what to do
