I found someone who posted mp3 versions of the tracks here:

Notably the beginning of O-The Remutation is not cut off like it is in the FLAC version above. Everything else sounds pretty similar.

Also, I took the liberty of editing them a bit to make my own versions.  Ic clipped out the tail ends where they have some empty space and sometimes the beginning of the track (since they were originally looped). I also reordered the track numbers to the order in which they appear in the game, added original artist names, and added some cover art (copied from the game title screen). My edited version is here:

Thanks for the audio captures, carboxykinased!  They're awesome!  abstrakd in particular never sounds right in any other player.

I did notice that other versions of remutation have an intro that seems to be missing from your capture though.  Was that intro not in the game?

I managed to find the Fourth Directive file.  It's stored in the game in MADH format, which seems like a proprietary PlayerPro format?    See attached XM format export.  And actually, sadly, it doesn't seem to sound quite right in VLC.  Sounds great in PlayerPro though.
