The Lobby / hi

I have used Mod for 20 years on my slow PC.  I have a question that maybe someone my answer.  I used to have a MOD (now since lost) that was like a marching band {drums] inerspersed with a whistle.  Very upbeat but I lost the namr also.  Does anyone reconize this MOD?
