And the melody itself was made in less than a second as I couldn't think of a more decent one. Melodies are a pain to make, if you want them to sound good Tongue How would you suggest that I make it sound better then?

Spend more than a second on it. Use as much time as it takes to make something that sounds good to you. The "random buzzing" sound I think the sample makes it hard to tell that it's actually playing a melody at first, haha. Maybe if you layered it with something with a clearer tone.

Hi, I've been chatting in the #milkytracker IRC channel for a few months and now I've migrated to this place. I like to experiment with different types of music and stuff. I want to try to learn a bunch of different trackers and formats, but so far I've only made it up to MilkyTracker and HivelyTracker for PC system formats.
