Help me find that... / Lost tune, lots of samples from Pharcyde - Otha Fish

Long, long ago I remember my dad having a handful of MOD files including Akira Rave 2, Terminator 2 theme, Red Dwarf theme, Dr. Who theme. Among these songs was one that I just cannot seek out, here are the details:
Could possibly be titled High Note?
Song heavily samples a song by Pharcyde titled Otha Fish (1992):

Specifically the samples (0:46) "Oh I hit a high note, cause of the way that she was walking" and (1:30)"imaginary kiss with you again"
There was also another sample that repeated over the end of the song as the volume faded, I think it said "I don't know what to do without you". The person that can help will literally be solving a 20 year old mystery and I can die a little happier thank you so much in advance.
