Help me find that... / Tune for a retro game

Hi all, I'm in contact with a game developer who made the hexavirus gba game, and I need to find the copyright holder of the music track made by jogeir liljedahl. Can anyone help find this person?

I need his permission to use his music in the game, otherwise I will need to find an alternative mod music file that I'm allowed to use for the game.
