Help me find that... / Where could I find this archive

So while dumping all the junk from MUSIX.LIB into the archive, I came across several songs that mentioned a "DELERIOUS music disk" in their notes:

Well, some of the music was alright, but I'm kinda curious now about what this disk looked like and what else was on it. Literally the only other mention I found of it was in some DemoNews newsletter:
