MilkyTracker Feature Requests / Support for .scl scala tuning files (microtonal support)

.scl files are tuning files which have a simple enough ascii file format. Here is an example of a normal 12edo tuning:

also Scala can be used. The data above is given in cents. I believe 24 is the number of tones or microtones given. Two octaves. It would be great if Milkytracker had this functionality because I prefer Milkytracker to openMPT - I just find it easier to use.
