Help me find that... / Finding this tracker-sounding song off of an NTS Radio broadcast

Hey all, a few friends and I have been trying to crack this track featured on a band's mixtape of influences that was streamed live on NTS Radio's site back in 2019. We noticed it featured some tracker-like charicteristics and now that speculation has lead to here.
