Help me find that... / need help with an earworm from pre 2000's - off world colonies spoken

Hi,

Was wondering if anyone knows this mod that begins with the audio from blade runner that  says that,"a new life awaits you in the off world colonies" then goes into an industrial type clanging beat.  I don't believe the name is actually blade runner in the title. Then again I could be wrong.  If you heard it, I would really like to hear it again.  Thanks.
