Help me find that... / Old tracker song with the phrase "okay, okay, okay"

Real long shot, but for years now ive been trying to remember the name of / find an old track. All i remember is either at the beginning or really close to, it has the phrase "okay, okay, okay" followed by two synth stabs, before launching into the full track.

It had a late 80s / early 90s trance vibe to it i think. It may also have something to do with space or spaceships or something fwiw.
