Thanks.
It was a little hard for me to understand (because it's more like a conversation than a tutorial) But I'm okay now :)

MilkyTracker Support / Single Cycle Waveform, how?
« on: April 28, 2011, 08:19:23 »
Hi
can someone help me out on this one?
I want to use single cycle waveforms, but i have no idea how to tell milky tracker that the sample is not a pitched one (I know there is relative pitch) but a pitch-less single cycle.

It was easy on schism tracker (set the play rate to sample length * desired note)but i couldn't find anything like this in MilkyTracker.

The only solution i came up with is to resample to 44 or 441 sample but it is less than perfect. Because i loose resolution this way and I'm not sure it will be still in tune is someone plays it back on a different rate (48k or 22k) will it be still in tune.
