Word,

Formerly known as TBA, I've recently gotten back into casual tracking once I found my compositions from the early 90's. I'm a 30's-something out of work IT professional probably going back to school in either the fall or spring '08; at some point I will likely be going for a music degree since I apparently can't hack it in IT.

Peace y'all.

Hey all,

Thanks to m0d's help, I was able to find a good portion of the music I had composed waaaay back. If you would be so kind, give a listen, and let me know what you think. I'm currently in the process of writing a couple new XM's and they should be out in a couple of weeks.

Please note I barely had any tracking skills, and I was stuck with 4-channel composition. Please judge my music based on those facts. :)

0F, 0E, and 09 are the best, musically, I think.

Thanks,

edit: whoops, good point m0d: http://modarchive.org/panel-profile.php?action=profile&subaction=view&id=80507

Yeah. I started messing around with digital tracking on my C64 back in the day. Got an Amiga 500 shortly after, and then moved to an IBM XT.

They're chronological, unnamed... I'm almost in tears, I've been searching for these files literally for over a decade.

I doubt anyone has these, but I figured I would try.

When I first started tracking, I made a number of 4-channel and 8-channel MODs, labeled TBA-00 through TBA-0F. I think I experimented with 16-channel after that, TBA-10 through TBA-14.

My last release was some time in 1995 or thereabouts, but I don't think I ever published it in an electronic medium.

TBA stands for The Blue Adept, the handle I went by when I was a teenager. I had no idea Piers Anthony sucked. :(

Thanks.
