I'm so sorry. Thinking good thoughts, and hoping your health improves.

It's a little obscure, but you can change your preference for this site specifically if you'd like.

See: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/block-autoplay#w_site-settings

I just walked through it myself as I had the same issue - works like a charm!

While I do not know what sort of work has to be done to revive the parts of the site that were disabled, I have volunteered to help as I'm a developer & am familiar with PHP.  But I haven't heard anything back from m0d yet. Figured I'd try him since Saga has been absent here.

Thanks, I will check these out!

Macintosh / Re: OpenMPT player on Mac

I had seen openmpt123 but no Mac was build available. Luckily it was easy to build it from sources.

Works great, thanks!

Macintosh / OpenMPT player on Mac
« on: February 11, 2021, 01:25:37 »
Are there any good OpenMPT (.mptm) players for Mac?

I was able to compile ffplay (https://ffmpeg.org/) with libopenmpt support, and this seems to work OK.
I wish there was a player (or plugin for a player) having playlist support, however.

I'll let you use my music as long as you credit me for it.

Thanks Nikku, I see you are prolific... I have decided to keep my growing playlist to myself for now. Cheers!

Thanks Saga... contacting all those artists would be difficult so maybe I'll just keep the playlist to myself. With the genres of songs involved, it would be a niche interest anyhow. Many of the additions are from the 'Electronic - Ambient' genre on this site.

Good to know about those 2 stations, btw... thanks!

The Lobby / MOD radio stations

With all the time at home during the pandemic, I've really enjoyed using this site and discovering new tunes to add to my collection  :)

I had the idea of starting a radio station (internet based of course) and streaming some mods I have curated in a playlist for background music while working. I know there is some precedent already for this with sites like www.scenestream.net -- would it be OK legally as long as the modules do not contain a notice from the composer like "nothing except personal use allowed"?

Also, please share any links to stations playing mods that you may know of, thanks!
