Hi to all.
When I was in highschool I used FT2.0x very much. In the help I have read that it was written in BP7 and ASM and in that period I was very curious to have the source code of it. In '99 when on it's webpage, the author written that they will release the source code I was very happy. But, unfortunately, no source was publised.
I would like to have the source code of FT 2.0x (not other versions), for "sentimental reasons"  ;D ;D I know, that there are much better open-source trackers, but I would like to have the source code of the program which I enjoyed very much in the highschool.
Anyone have some information about it?

Tracking / Two good way to get samples

Hi.
I want to post here about two good way to have samples:
1) is the PADsynth synthesis method, which generates perfect looped samples. I have written about it here, and I believe that it can be a great addition to any tracker.

2) A time ago, I wrote a program for extreme time stretching, which is very good to stretch a 3 seconds samples to 1 minute
The program it's here. Since, the program is GPL, I believe that the stretch engine can be added to any GPL compatible tracker.

Bonus) A long, long time ago I wrote an closed-source DOS program called "Paul's Sound Designer" which was made to generate samples.

For the authors of the trackers: If you need help into including any of these into your tracker, please contact me , or write here, because I am eager to help :)

Hi to all.
Few years ago I made an sound synthesis algorithm which generates perfectly looped samples.
I posted this here, because I know that it can be suitable for MilkyTracker.
The description of the algorithm is at:

The page, contains some audio demos, like this one.
On the same page, there are some ready-for-use public domain C/C++ code, which, I believe, can be easily integrated in MilkyTracker.

This algorithm has been implemented into my opensource software synthesizer, ZynAddSubFX and other synthesizers.
