NitroTracker Community / Make own samples?

Hi!
Can I make own samples with this tracker?
Can't find any answer to this question with google  
And the wiki doesn't say anything about that.

It should be possible as the NDS has a stylus and a touchscreen  

I would buy me a R4 or other card, if NT is able to provide this feature.
