Help me find that... / Realmz Outdoor Music

Goday.
I'm trying to track down the author for this piece of music:

It might not be completely unknown to people here, it's used in the old mac game called Realmz. I've managed to find at least some information, that the author might call himself "The Wizard" and that it was first used in a game called Smashing Windows, released by Titan Software, somewhere early 1990, perhaps 1994-ish?
I played tons of Realmz when I was younger and this song always stuck in my mind, it's always had a permanent place in my music collection =)
