Help me find that... / Anyone help me finding this particular S3M file? (Youtube upload included)

It's my first time posting here, and as the title states, there's this particular .s3m file I want to retrieve. I have tried almost every module website I could think of, to no avail. Perhaps some of you 'sceners would like to lend a hand?
