Thanks for that reply.

Some tunes I can imagine quite well in the game.
Until now I have released any project I made and the only thing that made me stop to do MORE levels
had been the lack of good level-editors which in this project is deleveloped along with the gaming-engine.
Screenshot taken out of the editor is here: http://www.developia.de/developia/gfx/images/184822/184828.jpg
(screenshot is just a test-stage and even the terrain is already replaced with a better one)
Its basically playable directly in the editor already and yea, I won't stop before releasing some playable
levels to the public. Announcing a release-date would be too early though.

Chips and Electronic music (basically I guess techno/wave) are both fitting my ideas of the game.
Comments on the tunes:
- panik attack - nice, but the "slow" parts didn't fit
- orbital danger - great one except the tune starting in pattern 7. If you can turn down volume of this one, I'd love to use it for menues
- deathtower - nice the way it is
- running dirty - fantastic one
- the lochaber - like it
- Planet Unknown - fantastic - just needs to be longer or loop some of the parts with bass

The thing is that using "modern" and "chip tunes" will probably sound weird, so I'd prefer going only
for the modern ones like orbital danger, deathtower, running dirty and Planet Unknown. 3 of 'em are very moody ones, but still great for use.
What else of that kind (or similar kind with a bit more pressure) you would offer?
And would it be fine with you that the tunes will be listed with credits accordingly and that the entire
project can be distributed free of charge at the locations I can get?

Hi there.

I'm working on a more or less retro space scroll shooter and looking for some guys who
would contribute their music to that project. It's not ment to earn money with it, its a hobby
project, but in case it should ever be released for any kind of value, contributers are notified
and receive their part.

I have kinda impressions of what I would like.
Should be electronic, more or less "simple" to follow, straight base lines.
Kinda a harder version of this: http://modarchive.org/index.php?request=view_by_moduleid&query=158975

Feel free to post or to contact me if you are interested.

Greetings and Thanks :)
