Help me find that... / Need help identifying and tracking down old chiptune

I heard this song at my childhood friend's CD when i was little. None of us remember the title or artist or anything about the song other than the melody which i have recreated to help search for this tune. Anyone? If it helps, the CD had popcorn tracks...
