MilkyTracker Support / Re: MilkyTracker MacOSX Help?
« on: January 06, 2009, 11:14:39 »
I don't think MilkyTracker still runs on 10.2, it requires some Frameworks/Libraries which are not present. Or what raina said could be true as well. Try running MilkyTracker from the Console instead of the Finder, it might give you some hints about it.

By the way, what happens if you try to run the PocketPC config tool?

Btw. you are allowed to release free (free as free beer) applications in the iTunes music store.

Deleting: I'm using a macbook...and there is NOT a backspace AND delete key. (only delete)

I need to be able to get rid of entries w/out moving everything else!
Interesting. My Macbook has only got a backspace key, delete can be achieved by pressing  fn+backspace. When searching for "macbook keyboard" on google, I can see that this "backspace" key I got is sometimes called "delete" key which seems to be a language dependent naming issue. Anyways, press fn and that delete key, it might solve your problem.

Bug Report Archive / Re: Possible bugs in Milkytracker 0.90.80
« on: December 07, 2008, 13:00:09 »
Did you check if those problems also appear in the desktop version of MilkyTracker? Anyways, I will check and report back. Probably those issues are already gone, I've been fixing a lot of things since the last release but I can't remember every single one of them.

EDIT:
Okay I can confirm that the first two issues are still present. I will fix them asap.

EDIT 2:
Bugs fixed. The third does not happen on my devices. Therefore I hardly doubt I can do anything about it.

Thanks for the tips!

I have one problem though. Quite a big problem. How the heck do i get Milkytracker running? I checked the file INSTALL for info, but i didn't get much out of that. Also, i can't open the c++ files in devcpp because they keep saying there are "missing files", but they just check the wrong directory.

Why do you want to build from source? There is no reason to do so, just run the binary executable.

Keeps a fast pace. It kinda reminds me on a particular tetris tune, coincidence? Would fit in tetris very well though ;)

MilkyPlay / Re: MilkyPlay on a Nokia Internet tablet

Awesome ;)

By the way there is a bug in milkyplay which might mess up panning in XM modules. MilkyTracker is not affected though because it forces correct XM playback in milkyplay.

I would suggest writing an appropriate command line utility with the included libmilkyplay rather than including this into MilkyTracker.
