Totally understandable! I know some of my code is quite bad and I would probably die of humiliation if anyone saw it.

At the moment I'm concentrating on the GUI player, as most users would probably find it the most convenient. On the other hand, in response to the popular demand, I might as well continue the bassplay along the bassplay-gtk!

Well I don't know that I'm that popular... You're right that a GUI player would probably drum up more interest.

Oh, and just to get the elephant out of the room: no source release?

Will the command-line player be updated still, or are you moving to GUI only? The GUI player looks nice but I'm a terminal nerd

Demoparties, Events & Compos / HastyCompo: Oldschool tracking compo

A few weeks ago I held a compo on the Schism Tracker boards, it went well enough that I've decided to do it semi-regularly. People thought that other communities might be interested in hearing about it, maybe they're right?

IT/XM/S3M, samplepack only but lots of sample editing allowed. Some of the rules about scheduling and voting are still in flux, so now's the time to get in on things if you want to push an agenda Tracking for the current round began earlier today, and goes until the 28th.
