I don't get the link working (it always says that the archive is 0byte and the DL is 404).

I tried ms-trackers once, but that was even after the time i started with modplug, so it couldn't really convince me i also would have to switch to my other pc all the time if i would do musics on the old machine...

1.17 IS defined as openModplug, they continue the version history the next big step towards a even greater tracker will be v1.17.3.0, coz it has - as say- its own file format and special tuning settings. as far as i can understand those settings, you are able to alter the note frequency associated to the notes... so you could easly play not only in halftones but also in cents

Every pattern is divided into channels which are divided into a note column, an instrument column, (an volume column for formats OTHER than .MOD) and an effect column. this effect column is where you have to put your "jump back effect":

You need to change the pattern data. In the last pattern, you have to go to the last row. you have to place a B00 (position jump to position 0) in a free effect column.
