Help Support Topics Archive / torrents not working
« on: December 08, 2012, 01:04:12 »
I tried to download the sound sample torrents, but it says 'tracker gave error: unknown peer.' I saw I was listed on the torrents' page as a 'leecher,' but my speed and everything was zero.

Help Support Topics Archive / text not showing up right?
« on: May 21, 2009, 10:43:50 »
In one module I uploaded recently (dar-gc44.xm) I suspect text is not showing up properly on the page I looked at when I was trying to find out where to add some info about the track (style, etc.)  It was just a page that showed all the text in the module.  I wrote my URL in it but the 2nd line of it does not show up, which is: ~dchmelik/.  I wonder if I forgot to add that or if there is a problem with the displaying pages.

I also did not see where to enter the style of a module... I guess I will find it later.

I need to update my web site in my profile, but I could not in its URL area so I had to write it in the blurb.  Where do I go to do this properly?

Help Support Topics Archive / renaming a mod
« on: May 18, 2009, 07:31:27 »
I released a mod at a party but changed the name when I uploaded it here for some reason.  I would like to rename it to what was released at the party; the module is no different.

I guess I was thinking I would leave it as finished and wanted to give it a name, but that is not as important as being consistent, and I think I will do some more work on the module.

MilkyTracker Feature Requests / IT functionality someday?
« on: May 18, 2009, 06:23:27 »
I was a registered FT][ user who used Milkytracker for a while because it runs on GNU/Linux, but lately I have used MadTracker ][ MT2 because I wanted IT2 functionality.  The Milkytracker (MT) developers say MT is 2nd-generation, but so is IT2, right?  It is not like Renoise, Buzz or Psycle.  It would be great someday to have IT2 functionality in a scrolling tracker that is like FT2.  I have never coded anything big, but would any more programmers be needed.  IT2 is just sort of a standard nowadays that old FT2 users should be able to move to, but many of them just do not like the non-scrolling trackers.  Maybe I will come back to MT anyway; there is not much I use if I have to save .MT2.  It would be great to be able to load and convert those songs too.  Maybe that is something I could work on rather than audio stuff, but I am not sure.

Help Support Topics Archive / modules disappeared
« on: July 06, 2008, 02:25:30 »
I had other modules on the site (probably before the domain name change) that have now disappeared: they are not available and not on the rejection list.  Should I upload them again or is there an older rejection list?
